Hazard Communication (1.9 CFR 191.6.S9 (b))

All employers who handle, store, package, transport or manufacture hazardous chemicals in the workplace

Personal Protective, Life Saving Equipment and Respiratory Protection (29 CFR 191.6.103 (c) and (g))

All employees working in areas where personal protective and life saving equipment is required must be initially trained in the proper use, care, and maintenance of all personal protective equipment
