

All facility employees must be trained
All employees who may be exposed to noise levels at or above an 8-hour time- weighted average of 85 decibels

The training consists of lecture, demonstrations, problem solving and discussion with hands-on use of personal equipment.
All employees working in areas where personal protective equipment is required must be initially trained n the proper use, care and maintenance of all personal protective equipment.
All employees who have the potential to use a respirator, must be trained initially and annually thereafter in the proper use, care, maintenance and limitations of respirators
All employees designated as having active roles in confined space entry must be trained for:
All employees who service or maintain equipment
All employees operating a powered industrial truck (tow motor, fork lift, etc.)
All employees who work with electrical components
All employers who handle store, package, transport or manufacture hazardous chemicals in the workplace
Laboratory operators whose facilities involve the use of hazardous chemicals or chemicals which may cause health problems to exposed employees
