Training

The content of a company’s training program and the methods of presentation should reflect the needs and characteristics of the particular workforce. Identification of needs therefore is an important early step in training design.

At Safety Guidance Specialists, we provide industry, business, and government with a complete range of environmental, regulatory, and safety training programs tailored to your specific needs.

We believe that training programs should meet or exceed all regulatory requirements. Our knowledgeable and experienced staff will arrange class schedules to meet client needs— including nights and weekends. We will also conduct on-site training anywhere our clients may have needs.

Our site specific programs include a review of site operations, health and safety programs, standard operating procedures, and if applicable, material safety data sheets on hazardous materials stored or produced on site. We are also willing to develop new programs to meet site-specific client needs. Our “Train-the Trainer” programs, which were developed for in-house personnel, allow staff to teach site-specific courses.

On-Site Training

Safety Guidance Specialists provides on-site training, which will reduce travel costs, reduce downtime, and enhance the perspective of the training environment. In addition, on-site training is beneficial for certification and recordkeeping.

Our company provides clients certificates for program attendees acknowledging their completion of the training program. Safety Guidance Specialists maintain records for successful completion of the individual programs including an agenda and timeline, attendees/attendance sheet, copies of manuals/handouts, and written exams and course evaluations.
